We took a tour of BLP with some added Sandbags.

 

1 Lap warmup Indian Run.

2. Take Sandbags one per group for a Half Lap to Volleyball Court

** On court do 100 Sandbag Rows while others run across sand court and back

3. Carry Sandbags 1/4 lap as a group

** Complete 100 cleans with sandbag while others run to center and back

4. Carry Sandbags 1/4 lap as a group

** Complete 100 Sand bag presses while other run to the center

5. Sandbags back to the flag

6. Mosey to wall for BTW

7. Back to the flag
