Run to 1st intersection on the BLP loop
5 – Burpee’s OYO
15 – Mountain Climbers IC

Run to 2nd Intersection
5 – Burpee’s OYO
10 – Slow Merkins IC

Run to 3rd Intersection
5 – Burpee’s OYO
10 – Wide Merkins IC

Pick a partner and carry him to the light poles and then switch to carry partner to the center
Mosey to Baseball field with same partner for Dora
Dora will run the inner fence line of baseball field
100 – Flutter Kicks (1 Burpee for every 20 reps)
200 – Imperial Walkers (1 Burpee for every 20 reps)
300 – LBCs (1 Burpee for every 20 reps)
Hold People’s Chair for the six

Run to Shelter area for circuit course (complete 3 circuits)
Step ups across picnic tables touching the ground between tables, then
10 – Dip, then Bear Crawl to backstop fence
10 – Mule kicks, then run to playground
20 – Hold bent-arm pullup for 20 sec (or PAX choice to swerkin) then Broad Jump on the way back to shelter to rinse and repeat
Hold in Dip position for six

Run back to flag and circle up as it is 6:15
