YHC was looking forward to being the Q back out at #beatdown. YHC was at Empourium on Firday night with the PAX for the Sasquatch when I got talking to Yogi about some of their workouts. That is when he brought up the running deck of death. I knew that would be a good beat down from the explanation from Yogi so I was already prepared with what I was going to do. It went a little something like this:

Line up on Flagpole (half the deck here and half on the second lightpole)
Hearts – wide arm merkin; Diamonds – ranger merkin; Spades – Jump Squats; Clubs – WW1 situps; Jokers – Burpees

Member of PAX turns over card – PAX does that number of exercise – run to lightpole/flag

Finsihed all 54 cards with a few minutes left
