Warmup: 

side straddle hops. good mornings. merkins. squats. mosey over to a flat patch of grass for the real deal.

The real deal:
I set a timer on my phone for alternating intervals of 2 minutes/1 minute. each exercise done for 2 minutes, then rest for 1 minute, then straight into the next exercise.

  1. burpees
  2. lunges
  3. freddie mercurys
  4. mountain climbers

Then repeat all 4 exercises. 2 more times. some good mumblechatter throughout.

 

Did some marys at the end until 6:15.
