Morning started out cold for my 2nd Q of the week. had good turnout. started with warm ups with arm circles, collard pickers and SSH. Proceeded to rock pile for series of exercises including curls, triceps extensions, overhead presses and bus drivers. then moseyed over to the field for quarter pounder (merkins, squats, mountain climbers, SSH). Then moseyed over to picnic shelter for combination of Perkins, step ups, sit ups, dips. then moseyed over to the wall to finish up with peoples chair and BTTW. finished up on the dot at 615.
