Warmup:

Side straddle hops, good mornings, good nights, 4 count merkens

The Thang:

Started at the rock pile for  round of 5 exercises: curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, bent over rows, front hold — switching each set to a new rock

Moseyed to the shelter for: sets of dips, step ups, durkens, and urkens

Lap around the track

Moseyed to the wall for sets of chicken chasers, knee taps, and balls to the wall

Moseyed back to the flag for suicide sprints (6 total)

Round of Mary included freddie mercury’s and box cutters

Good work men!!!
