  • Mosey to the shelter: 11s: dips and step-ups. Al Gore for the six.
  • Mosey back to the parking lot. Individual modified Dora. 50 merkins, 25 air squats, 25 lbcs

  • Prayer requests: Prayers for Redbox’s dog who lost 3 teeth and Mr. Heyman’s dog who soon will need cruciate ligament surgery.
