Warm-up

  • 20 merkins – the only warm-up you ever need

  • Every grab a rock and got in a circle. We did reps of 10, 15, 20, 25, 20, 15 & 10 of the follow exercise: Shoulder press, squats and rows. We switch rock after every set and if I found a pussy rock every had to do 5 burpees, plus get a bigger rock.
  • Next we went to the picnic shelter by doing lunges. Here we did reps of 15, 20, 25, 20 & 15 of the following: Super step-up, picnic set-up and dekins
  • Next back at the rock pile we did rep of 15, 20, 25, 20 & 15 of the following: curls, triceps pressure and bus driver.
