Warm Up: 15 SSH; 15 MC; 15 High Knees; 1 burpee for fun

The Thang: Mosey over to the traffic circle at the entrance and circle up for Jack Webb’s.  Mosey to the center of all the ball fields.  Line up against the fence and each PAX calls out 7 seconds BTW.  Line up against the fence and each PAX calls out 7 chicken peckers while PAX holds BTW. Next up, bear crawls and burpees. Bear crawl to first base and do 3 burpees, run to right field fence for 5 burpees and then run back to home plate (rinse and repeat 5x). Mosey over to the picnic shelter for Triple D’s (Derkins, Donkey Kicks & Dips).  7 reps of each (rinse and repeat 7x).  Mosey back to the flag for some suicide sprints to finish up.  615am

Enjoyed being back at Boyd Lee this morning.  Hard to believe it has already been a couple years since I was site Q at Build Up. Deep Dish is doing an awesome job now and really enjoyed the group of men this morning that gave a strong push start to finish.  Push yourself to #BeatTheFartSack as much as possible, headlock a FNG, reach out to a Kotter, step up and Q one morning …..  we can all continue to get better together one day at a time.
