- Curls for the girls, Overhead press, Bent over rows, Triceps extension- over head
-Run a lap around BLP
-Next up to the center ‘star’ (by the baseball diamonds)
- Partner up for Dora – 200 Merkins, 250 Squats, 200 LBCs
-To the wall for some people’s chair up and down the ladder until 6:15
