8 PAX showed up at BLP for a nice little Wednesday morning beat down.  This is what went down:

Warmup – Side Straddle Hops X 25  –  Merkins X 10   –  Good Mornings X 10  –  1 Warmup Lap

-We went to the rock pile and knocked out the following arm exercises (3 sets each):

  • Curls for the Girls X 20
  • Tricep Extensions X 20
  • Shoulder Press X 20

-We went to the softball field and did the following:

  • Dora (100 Squats/200 LBC/300 Mountain Climbers)
  • 10 Merkins at each light and foul pole
  • 10 Jump Squats at each light and foul pole
  • 10 WW1 and each light and foul pole
  • 5 burpees at each light and foul pole

-We circle back up and prayed it out.
