It’s been a while since yhc visited the #mothership, but it was good to be back.  Got in for some solo EC where the ruck started off well, then started to run after the back was aching up a bit.  The pax showing up slowly, as yhc was coming in with Tennessee Whisky on the playlist, some pax were looking at yhc confused… Samoans know a little sumthin’ sumthin’ bout country! Disclaimer given, then off we went.

Warmup – SSH (15 IC), Arm Circles Fwd/Bck (10 IC), Merkins (10 IC), Squats (10 IC), Variety of calf/heel stretches, Cat/Dog stretches for the back.

Thang – Yhc told the pax we were going to get a little preview of the #IPC2020, but we were all going to stay together to push each other. IPC had 4 rounds of this.

  • 50 Squats
  • 40 Big Boy Situps
  • 30 Merkins
  • 20 Bonnie Blairs
  • 10 Burpees
  • 400 meter Run

As were were finishing off the last round, we running short on time. Performed 10 of each instead of the called number.  Back to the flag for 5 Burpees oyo, and then finished off with low and slow J-Lo’s for the hips.

Moleskin: It was awesome seeing Chumli and Erie out in the gloom.  Yhc quickly stopped complaining about my back as soon as i saw Chumli, what a praise that our brother survived the terrible accident he was in.  No excuses, just post!
