Spring Training with Pre Madonna

Warm Up:  1 burpee for fun since FNG Tyler was late; 15 SSH; 15 MC; 15 High Knees

The Thang: Mosey to one of the softball fields for some Spring Training.

First up was line up against the fence and count off as a one or a three and then report to whichever baseline matched your number.  Two teams, 6 on each team.

Bear Crawl the Bases Race:  BC w/ your team and when you arrive at each base do 5 burpees each but as a team (cant start until all 6 are at the base).  First team back to home base wins.  Non winning team does 5 more burpees (Team 3 won)

Foul Pole Race:  Each team ran to the foul pole down the line to the fence.  When all 6 team members have arrived, do 10 burpees each as a team and return to home base for 10 more burpees each as a team.  First team to finish wins.  Non winning team does 5 more burpees (Team 3 won)

Indian Run the Field Race: Each team started at home base and did an indian run around the entire field (as close to the outfield fence as a possible). First team to finish 15 burpees at home base wins.  Losing team does 5 more burpees (Team one won)

Next up everyone lined up against the back stop for BTW, Merkins & WWI.  We went down the line with first PAX calling 10 seconds BTW and then 10 merkins.  Next PAX called 10 seconds BTW and then 10 WWI and so on until all 12 PAX had a turn and then we took a recovery lap around the field

Next up 2 PAX ran the bases while the other 10 PAX alternated amrap of merkins and WWI

Mosey to the flag for two rounds of suicides (fast PAX did WWI for the six) and then 60 seconds with Spinal Tap calling Flutter Kicks

Enjoyed the opportunity to Q Boyd Lee today.  Fun group and glad Tyler aka Pre Madonna was able to join F3. There was tremendous interest on slack the night before of what to name him but when he stepped into the circle and complained about dirt on his hands, Pre Madonna was tossed out, then just Madonna (which was gaining momentum), maybe even school janitor for having his keys on his hip during the workout. Anyway Pre Madonna it is (spelling unique to him and F3).  Hope to see him and everyone else back out again soon
