4 Pax came braved the cold to get stronger together and keep moving around BLP, while avoiding the various ice patch obstacles along the way

WARM UP

  • SSH, Michael Phelps, Good Mornings, Good Evenings, Collard Pickers

THE THANG

-Lap around BLP- staying together

-On second lap, stop at each intersection for a series of merkins/hand release merkins/burpees, squats, and LBC’s- building on that with additional workouts per stop from each Pax

  • Added lunge & bear crawl slalom with lunge back at the back end of the track near the volleyball courts

-Rock Pile for 3 sets of curls (3 way), Triceps extension, shoulder press, Bent over rows, added additional exercise from each Pax per round

  • In between sets, mosey around the circle in between sets with their rocks
