YHC spoke about how a veteran thought about The Murph! He said he was going to do it, but sometimes it becomes too competitive. It’s not what it’s all about, it’s about the memory and honor of those that have gone out before us. YHC said a prayer and we were off.

200 Merkins

20lb weighted vest is recommended!

Many broke the reps into 20 rounds of: 5 Pull-ups, 10 Merkins, 15 Squats.

Some modified and did Sandbag rows instead of Pull-ups.


Blindside completed his first “workout!” He previously only mall walked!
