Moleskin: I figured some PAX wouldn’t be able to do all the exercises as prescribed but thought it would be a good challenge for 2020. Not being able to do something is motivating as hell, at least for me. The exercises required strength, stability, and mobility; something everyone can improve. There was quite a bit of mumblechatter and even some PAX-induced modifications, like Patch bear crawling around the circle. Lots of laughs made for a great time.
