Old Poison (Cold-Cut) began with the Pledge of Allegiance at 06:30. Four men completed this workout, while the other men listed completed EC rucking. New Poison (Abu) Q-d at 5:30. Candy-Cane, Noonan, Show Boat and this YHC experienced the bite of how old poison ain’t no joke for this work-out. This YHC also completed EC Rucking and Abu’s 05:30 Q (if math is right=3 for the year)
Warmage: Good Evenings, Stretching Right, Left, Center (Collard Picker-Ayden Style), SSH.
THANGAGE: ‘Men-Makers’ > each man has 30 lb worth of dumbells. Merkin, Burpee with weights, Merkin. Bear Crawl 5 steps…REPEATio Reapeatio. At least 5 Burpees worth. A couple of turns. Man w/o weights would lunge.
Partner sit-ups, passing a 25′ case of water back and forth for a 25 count.
Jack Knife Webbs: 1 Merkin to 5 Hallelujahs, up to 10 Merkins and 50 Hallelujahs………….with weights. One Cane was creative and used Gallon water Jugs. Screaming, while sucking air, we completed our due diligence completing this phase of poisoning.
Find some wall for Chicken Peckers (10) and Chicken Chasers (10), broken up by Partner Merkins (25). ‘Yes and No’ came into the mix as YHC learned this from Noonan and Cane. A 6″ pain in the neck ya’ll. Show Boat treated us with his Medussa impersonation………(just don’t look at his eyes). Some V-Ups for good measure. Pool-side Possum showed for a 30 count!

EC Ruckers gathered round and it was prayer and announcement time and photo time.
