YHC was to Q #thestorm as HAAAAAAAVAAAD was rucking BRR. FRUITY says no.
9/11 convergence BLP. YHC RUCKED EC solo awaiting the pax0700.
Headed to trails and kept good pace with PT at various points . With YHC you know it was mostly squats. Many pax had never been on main trail or back trail so I think they enjoyed. 30 minutes in I handed Q off the Blueprint who kept us rucking and PT until 0800.
Blueprint had each pax share where they were on 9/11/2001. What a diverse group. Some in Kindergarten, some working, some in college, careers, West coast, Virginia. Never forget.
Prayers for Wild Thing, two stop, punch out. BRR pax. Brothers struggling with various issues. Let’s not be known for arguing, being right, talking others down . Let’s be known for how we love each other regardless of political view, religious view, socioeconomic situation, or any other artificial divider. CB prayed us out.
