We had an awesome breakfast from Villa Verde Dos, breakfast burrito’s! #Tclaps to T-bone for picking them up! We were all at The Tribe to learn more about #mensmentalhealth!

T-bone was the Master of Ceremonies and did an awesome job of getting things started.

T-bone introduced Snooki, he told the story of what happened to Leo and why we NEED to have real conversations.

Tonka, Wimpie, and Ma Bell all talked about their Shieldlocks and what they mean to them.

4 lines behind each bag (Jester)
– Clean and front toss your Jester
– Rotate Pax and about face
– Toss your Jester back to start
– Remember to never let your Jester out of your sight. Continuously fight with your brother to keep your Jester from hiding in your 6. Identify and battle daily!

Ruck up Sandbag up with minutes rotation.

Halt at line of cars, 2×2 bear crawl 10 car lengths and pi up your 6, repeat until all Pax clear all cars.

Several veteran Ruckers bear crawl dragged those Jesters (sandbags).

Ruck up and Sandbag up, Ruck Rotate 1/4 route around pond, about face and to flag.

1+ minute Mary: Crab cakes ruck on and done!
