The CSAUP Challenge
Pick something, headlock some PAX, sign up, train for it together, and do it!
From a 5K to a Go Ruck Heavy or the Barkley Fall Classic and everything in between, there is a CSAUP out there for every PAX member across F3 nation.
Completely stupid they may be but they are far from utterly pointless. The personal growth and increase in fellowship far outweigh the suck that is involved in the training and the actual event.
For those that have yet to complete one, I encourage you talk to someone that has. They will most likely tell you that they wouldn’t have signed up for it alone and that they had doubts that they could even do it. But with the help of their brothers they trained, held one another accountable, and not only completed the event but were competitive and may have even placed.
