Started with disclaimer and the need to keep distance and wearing mask was encouraged
PAX did a short warm-up that consisted of side straddled hops, curls for the girls and triceps extensions
The Thang consisted of a good pace ruck to the cemetery and back. PAX engaged in a lot of mumble chatter and returned safe. We ended in a circle of trust with count and name-a-rama.
Prayer request were Fire Ant, Oxy, Water Boy, Sissy Bar wife and Pastor Benny family.
Announcements were Q source, Santa ruck Sunday and Abu at Knight school plus double play
