12 Him’s woke up this morning and decided to become 1% better by working out at disco trail. We knew that this workout would be light because of all the events that are happening on Saturday. The morning started with a warm-up that consisted of 10- good mornings followed by 10 good evenings and to end the warm-up with 15 seal claps. The warm-up was kept short so the Him’s could put in some miles. We took off as a group and hit the trail hard. We made our way through the park and hit the blacktop. This is where we turned it up and began to really beat feet. Marching in lockstep we continued down Hillcrest road to the end by the cemetery entrance where we turned around and headed back to the start point. With a little motivation from the AC/DC that was playing from the speaker on Farva ruck, the group moved quickly making sure to turn around and pick up the six. The group made it back to the start point with a little over 3 mins left and had covered 2.5 miles at about a 16:00 pace.
