As Pax arrived at AO, there were a lot of coupons sitting out.  8 CMUs, 2 x 55lb water jugs, several KBs, and several sandbags!  Oh, don’t forget the litter.  That was just to get inside the PAX’s head, lots of questions, what are we going to do with all that?  The answer was carry that SHI!!?!??!?!

No warmup, grab a partner.  Partner #1 takes Partner #2’s ruck.  Partner #2 gets on his 6.  One WWI situp, flip over, one merkin.  Flip back over, 2 WW1 situps, 2 merkins, 3 WW1 situps, 3 merkins, 4 WW1 situps, 4 merkins, 5 WW1 situps, 5 merkins.  Switch partners.

The whole point of that was just to get wet and muddy, it had rained for 2 straight days.

Everyone on the soccer field goal line.  Military crawled on the soccer field.   On Q’s call, burp and merks.  First burp and merk was a regular burpee.  Crawled some more, then we did 2 burp and merks.  Go down to a plank, 2 merkins on my down, then jump clap.  Did that twice.  Crawled some more, then we did 3 burp and merks.  Go down to a plank, 3 merkins on my down, then jump clap.  Did that three times.  Finally, crawled to midfield and did 4 burp and merks.  Go down to a plank, 4 merkins on my down, then jump clap.  Did that four times.

Moseyed to the litter.  Explained to the PAX how to hold a litter and how to rotate properly on the litter.  Then we loaded the litter up with 325 pounds.  We also had two CMUs and two 35lb KBs being held by PAX in the back.  We took off to the train tracks which is about a half mile away.  After crossing the train tracks, we had a little debriefing on what we could do better.  Picked the litter back up rucked it back.

Once back, moseyed to the soccer field.  Pyramid of WW1s and Flutter Kicks.

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.  And just an FYI, YHC called out the correct HTC “How to Count” each time during both pyramids.  Next Exercise is WW1, starting position move, on my up, exercise!  YHC said HTC each time, several PAX made fun of YHC.  However, the PAX knew the goal, saw the light at the end of the tunnel, and all completed both rounds of MARY!

Prayers for sick PAX, especially Gopher, Gary Kornegay just got on ventilator.
