SSH – 25 , Merkins – 10, Mountain Climbers – 10  for the warmup

Ruck up with three sandbags for 1/2 mile hike and stop for PT

Merkins – 10 , Squats – 10, CFG – 10

Ruck another 1/2 mile

BTW, Ruck Cleans – 10, Ruck Swings – 10

Ruck 3/4 of a mile

Tricep Ext – 20, Flutterkicks – 25

Back to the flag for an AMRAP

5 merkins jog 30 yards 10 squats – rinse and repeat
