YHC got the shoulder tap to Q when the scheduled Q got sick. We invited these 13 HIM’s to a little “After Work Party,” but of course we had to Work a Night Shift first!

Warm Up with 15 Imperial Walkers IC, 15 Pullovers IC, 10 Slow/Easy Merkins (3 count down, 1 up), 15 Copperhead Squats IC

The Thang!

Mosey to the Production Plant (grassy area between ball fields) PAX lined up in 3 neat rows marked off with cones 5 paces apart. We then began referring to these starting lines as “The Time Clock.” A night shift runs from 3-11, so each production hour began with lunge steps equaling the current production hour. After the lunge steps, we then completed a build up of exercises and the repetitions both equaling the production hour.

3 o’clock – 3 lunge steps, then produced 3 reps each of Merkins (civilian), Copperhead Squats (civilian), and WW1 (civilian) – Bear Crawl back to the time clock

4 o’clock – 4 lunge steps, then produced 4 reps of each of the above exercises and added 4 reps of Imperial Walkers IC – alligator crawl back to the time clock

5 o’clock – 5 lunge steps, then “Break time!” 5 OYO Burpees, then produced 5 reps of each of the above exercises and added 5 reps of Windshield Wipers IC – bear crawl back to the time clock.

6 o’clock – 6 lunge steps, then produced 6 reps of each of the above exercises and added 6 reps of Gut Wrenchers (plank position, each knee to opposite elbow, civilian count) – Alligator crawl back to Time Clock

7 o’clock – 7 lunge steps, then produced 7 reps of each of the above exercises and added 7 reps of Hallelujah Jump Squats (civilian) – bear crawl back to time clock where he took a lunch break – 10 Burpees for lunch and 20 4-count LBC’s for desert.

8 o’clock – 8 lunge steps, then produced 8 reps of each of the above exercises and added 8 reps of Crab Humpers (civilian) – alligator crawl back to time clock

9 o’clock – 9 lunge steps, then produced 9 reps of each of the above exercises and added 9 reps of SSH IC – took another break with 5 OYO burpees, then bear crawl back to time clock

10 o’clock – 10 lunge steps, then produced 10 reps of each of the above exercises and added 10 reps of American Hammers IC – alligator crawl back to time clock

11 o’clock – 11 lunge steps, then produced 11 reps of each of the above exercises and added 11 reps of No Surrenders IC – Bear Crawl back to time clock to clock out!

Moseyed to The Party Shelter for a party game of 7’s – Derkins and Dips at the picnic tables, Pull Ups and Plank Jacks at the jungle gym followed by climb the ladder and come down the slide to finish each cycle. Thee HIM’s had a blast playing on the slide!!!
