Mosey the Ball Field X2 to start the next series of exercises. YHC setup three stations across the ball field with three workouts at each station. OYO sprint forward to the first station 10 Merkins, 10 WW1s, 10 Thrusters. Backwards sprint to the next station. OYO 10 Mountain Climbers, 10 LBC’s, 10 alternating Lunges. Sprint to the next station. 10 Burpees, 10 American Hammers, 10 Squats. Backwards sprint to the foul line. After completing this series of workouts. We made two laps around the baseball field. Picking up the six to start the series of workouts again. We made it through them three times. Returning to the COT for a cool down.
