Easy Rider said he needed a Q at Eagles Ridge, and YHC needed to get my ass out of the fart sack, so it was a win/win! Mayhem showed up with shovel flag in hand 3 minutes early! Welcomed PAX, we circled up and started promptly at 5:30am.
Warm Up
Follow Me!! Took off running toward Scales Field House……heard lots of mumblechatter as PAX picked up water bottles and unexpectedly found themselves running at 5:30am!

Mosey to the Tunnel of Love where YHC informed the PAX I had helped start the Purple Gold Chant at ECU games; so in honor of that, Balls To The Wall and PAX alternated yelling out PURPLE / GOLD down the line. The first time didn’t have enough enthusiasm so we ran it back again with more conviction!
Next exercise was Peoples Chair/High Knee inchworm down the wall until we made it through the Tunnel of Love. This was honestly longer and harder than YHC expected, so we had a speedwalk to the picnic tables. At the picnic tables:

- Step Ups on Benches x 10 (each leg) OYO
- Irkins x 10 IC
Some PAX were looking for a pattern but there wasn’t one…..just MSU while checking our time!
