You know the drill….After the Pledge of Allegiance we started out with the normal warm up and stretching. There was plenty of chatter because we had a visiting PAX from Wake Forest.

We then moseyed to the hill between the parking lots and split into groups of three. One person ran down the hill and back while the other pax in the group pushed through some ab slamming Guantanamo. We cycled through until everyone had run and then, because it was so much fun, we decided to rinse and repeat.

Next we moseyed to the tennis courts and started with 25 LBCs. We ran to the corners and at each corner we had a new ab exercise. 2nd corner was 25 WWIs, 3rd corner was 25 WWIIs and at the last corner we did 20 four count American hammers. We then moseyed to the pic nic tables where we did 25 erkins and 25 dips.

We then did imperial walkers to the tunnel of love. We assumed the people’s chair position with arm flutters while each pax counted to 10. Then we did hallelujahs while each pax counted to 10. We picked ourselves up and moseyed to the pirate statue. In teams of two we had one pax run the stairs while the other did SALAD squat jumps. After that we moseyed to the other stairs for 10 sets of calf raises on the steps.

We finally moved on to the flag area where we did step ups and shoulder exercised for the remaining five minutes.

We had a great workout and we had a great time. Come on out and see what we are all about. You won’t regret it.
