Mosey to the Pirate statue together

-Partner up for 100 merkins, 200 crunches, 300 squats, interspersed with running up to the top of the stairs and back

To the Tunnel for Chicken Peckers (5 shoulder taps), People’s Chair (7 count), and more CPs (5 taps)

Back to the bench area by the stadium for 5s of Urkins or Durkins and Burpees, with bear crawls in between

Mosey to the flag

-It was an honor to Q at Eagles Ridge today, and I wanted to make it a challenge for the Pax who came out in the gloom.  We had some good running, leg, and shoulder work today.  As one of our Pax had said during a Q, ’embrace the hate’ (of the things YHC does not enjoy), and that’s what we did with plenty of burpees and bear crawls.  Iron sharpens Iron, and together we all worked through to get stronger.  Thanks Easy Rider for the opportunity!
