Happy the rain stayed away……we started the Pledge of Allegiance to our glorious flag and then had a normal round of warm ups and stretches in the circle.

We moseyed to the concrete benches where we began our shoulder workout. Each exercise was separated by a 10 count “shake it out”: 1 minute arm circles forward, one minute arm circles backward, one minute bent arm elbow touches, one minute overhead claps, one minute hallelujahs, one minute arms straight out to the side in the shape of a cross.

Next we moseyed to the stairs where we assemble on the stairs and did 25 four-count calf raises. We then assembled at the bottom of the stairs and paired up. On each team the pax would alternate running up and down the stairs while the other pax did slow squat jumps. Each member ran up and down the stairs five times.

We then did an imperial walker Indian run to the picnic benches across from the tennis courts, We did 1 minute of step ups and then headed to the tennis courts. We had an ab exercise at each corner. LBCs, WWIs, American hammers and WWIIs. We lunged, hopped or skipped to each corner. We then moseyed back to the tunnel of love for a 1 minute round of the people’s chair while we fluttered the arms straight out in front of us.

We then moseyed back to the original circle for four minutes of Mary and prayers.

On top of that there was plenty of fellowship and chatter. Chumlee came out for a visit and he had fun. Come on out to Eagle’s Ridge and be somebody!
