This Q was rescheduled from 2 weeks ago due to a citywide curfew. Had two weeks to think about what to do, and low and behold, it rains. That’s ok. The question was HOW MUCH it would rain, so I had a plan that was flexible and got to the Coop Stronghold on time!

Cold Cut reminded me that we do the Pledge of Allegiance at Eagle’s Ridge before we get started, so after the pledge:

Warm Up

The Thang

The rain was just a drizzle, and thinking it might pour down later, i decided to take advantage of whatever time we had of being semi dry. Mosey down to the Nautitorium Walkway for 11’s

• Irkins
• WWII or LBCs

Mosey around the end of Minges to the back porch area with picnic tables; however, on the way YHC told a joke about an Atheist being chased by a bear. Mayhem is usually good for 1 joke!

At the picnic tables we did:

• Irkins x 10  IC
• Dips x 10   IC
• Dirkins x 10  IC

Next we made our way down to the Tunnel of Love for:

• Wall Sits – each man counted to 5 while the PAX did Halelujah’s IC
• Balls To The Wall – 5 count again each man

Rinse and Repeat

Next mosey was to the Stairwell for BLIMPS. Exercises performed outside the stairs. Run/Step/Crawl up and down the stairs, and then do the next exercise.

• Burpees x 5
• Lunges x 10 each leg
• Imperial Walkers x 15 each leg
• Merkins x 20
• Plank Jacks x 25
• Squats x 30

Those who finished first, went back to the six and helped them finish

Short walk over to underneath the skywalk from Minges to Murphy Center. Found a dry spot for 10 minutes of Mary exercises! Went around and each man led at least 1 exercise IC
