What a glorious day at Eagle’s Ridge where we all had the benefit of learning about the derivation of the name Eagle’s Ridge from Uncle Cold Cut.

Anyway….we started out with the normal warm up and headed to the meadow for our glute workout with Legorama. From the hand and knee position we did sets of 20 raising one leg up behind us and then switched to the other leg. We then did imperial walkers to the other side of the meadow and proceeded to do similar sets lifting the legs out to the side as if to pee on a fire hydrant. Next we did lunges to the other side of the meadow and then from the hand and knee position extended the opposite arm and leg out for 20 reps.

Next we moseyed to the tennis courts where we did supermans for a 10 count per each pax and then did lunges to the next corner where we did single leg people’s chair with a 5 count for each pax before switching to the other leg. We then moseyed to the pirate statue where we did bench squats until our tears ran dry. We then moseyed to the starting point for a round of Mary to conclude the workout.
