Gloomy day workout in the fog started with a normal warmup in the circle.

We then moseyed over to the exercise playground at Elmhurst. The rescue me potion of the workout started when we spit into two groups. On group stayed at the playground and did hallelujahs while the other group ran the 1/3 mile loop. The group that stayed was waiting to be rescued and had to continue with the hallelujahs until the other group returned and then we switched. We decided that this was not a good format to continue so we moseyed to the back of the stadium where we did  20 four count smurf jacks. We moved to another gate at the stadium and dropped down for 50 LBCs. We then moseyed to the pirate statue where we did 20 four count dips and then held a bent arm erkin plank while each pax counted to 10.

Next we moseyed to the tunnel of love where we did the people’s chair and simultaneous arm flutter until each pax had counted to 10. We then moseyed to the picnic tables to do a round of  20 four count in and outs (while seated on the tables pull knees to chest and then fully extend legs). Richard Simmons like them so much he requested a rinse and repeat. We then held a vote and Richard Simmons was not allowed to talk for the remainder of the workout.

We then moseyed to the grass hill and held a chill cut plank/plank position while each individual pax ran to a distant light pole and returned. We then moseyed to the meadow and realized we were running short on time. We went back to the circle for a round of ab work with LBCs, WWIIs and a final round of Guantanamo.

We had a good time and we enjoyed the workout. Come on out and have some fun at Eagle’s Ridge. It don’t cost nothin and it’s free!
