It was a great day at Eagle’s Ridge and I am a better man for attending and working out with an awesome group of PAX.

Started with a normal warm up to wake up and get stretched out.

Moseyed to the tennis courts and paired up. One person would run the length of the tennis courts and back to relieve the partner and then the partner would run and return. While not running, the partners at base camp would 1 – hold downward dog, 2 – hold Al Gore, 3 – hold upward dog, 4 – hold crab position & 5 – hold plank.

Next we moseyed to the pirate statue and switched partners. While one partner ran up the stairs and back to relieve the partner, the partner at base camp worked to complete a combined total of reps for the pair. The exercises included 100 dips, 100 merkins, 100 incline merkins and 100 werkins.

Next we moseyed to another set of stairs and switched partners again. Here one partner would do either 50 squats or 50 calf raises on the steps and then relieve the partner who was working to a combined goal for the pair of 100 four count flutter kicks, 150 LBCs and 100 V ups.

We then moseyed to the flag are for Bat Wings. In a circle, we did the following exercises to a 10 count for each PAX present – forward arm circles, seal claps, backward arm circles and then overhead claps.

We finished with 2 minutes of Mary and a good time was had by all.

Here’s to the young guns who inspire us and to the the more seasoned participants who keep showing up.
