Mosey to Tennis Courts for 4 corners: 5 Burpees IC, 10 Plank Jacks IC, 15 Ranger Merkins IC, 20 WWI IC
Mosey to outside wall on side of building: People’s Chair 10 count by each pax
Mosey to parking lot parallel to meadow for DORA…first stop by pickup truck to retrieve our DORA coupons…
- Partner A: Suitcase carry, overhead carry, or however pax wants to carry their cinder block coupon from one end of parking lot to the other end beside the meadow.
- Partner B: 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC’s (partners flap jacking with coupon and exercises until complete).
Move to meadow proper: retrieve some 20-25 lb. pumpkins, coupons for The Great Pumpkin Relay Race. Count off 1 to 5 for 5 teams.
- A member of each team races to end of meadow and back toting their pumpkin, then passes off to waiting teammate who repeats, so on so forth until all teammates performs their leg at toting the pumpkin. Waiting team members perform hallelujahs.
