Warm ups: Good mornings, Side Straddle Hops, Arm Circles

Exercise #1: Divided Pax into 2 groups. We did stairs mixed with BLIMPS. Light jog to next stop.

Exercise #2: Picnic Table area we did Irkins, Dips, and Derkins sets of 20. Rinse and Repeat. Light jog to next stop.

Exercise #3: Peoples Chair 10 count each followed by Chicken Peckers 4 count shoulder tap each. Light jog to next stop.

Exercise #4: Bear Crawl Merkins 4 count back and forth. This was followed by Crab Cakes, Crunchy Frog, Box Cutters, and Dry Dock Crabs 20 count. Prior to 4 corner escalator we did Bobby Hurley 20 count. 4 corners were Merkins,  LBCs, Squats, and Hallelujahs with each exercise increasing by number of 5. Rinse and Repeat x 2. Light jog back to flag. Cold Cut and Minnesota Fats finished us with Homer and Marge then Merkins.
