The Thang

  • Warmups: SSH, Good mornings, Good Evenings Collard Pickers
  • To benches to start with 7s: Dips/Urkins with bear crawls in between;  hallelujas as a ‘refresher’; included some foot release squats
  • To gates 7 and 8 with a series of Pax led exercises, hand release burpees, hand release merkins, and a lot of hallelujas at the end
  • To the Pirate Statue – paired up Pax for DORA-  50 merkins, 100 Squats, 200 LBCs; more hallelujas; partner runs up and down the stairs
  • Mosey to the tunnel: BTTW chicken peckers and alternating people’s chair for 3 sets with hallelujas.
  • To the benches for some Mary and more hallelujas
