We were few in numbers but we made up for it in fellowship and hard work!

We started the workout with a routine warmup and set of stretches. We then moved to the benches for a quick chest workout. We started with 15 merkins and then held plank for 30 seconds. We then switched to 15 erkins and then held an erkins plank for 30 seconds. Next we did 15 derkins and then held a 30 second plank in the derkin position. We completed three separate sets of this. Next we moseyed to the stairs with some 15lb coupons. We ran the stairs and then completed a set of 15 shrugs while holding 15lb weights in each hand. We completed five sets of this. Next we did curls for the girls and triceps extensions with the weights, 15×3.

After that we moseyed to the meadow. We alternated one pax running the length of the meadow and back while the other pax did squats. We then did the same thing with one pax running while the others did imperial walkers and then plank jacks. We then returned to the benches and completed dips, 15×3.

We completed the workout with a round of fellowship that lasted for quite some time realizing we all faced similar challenges in our lives.
