The Thang

After a few warm-up exercises, we moseyed to the grassy hill beside the tennis courts.  We did 11s with plank jacks at the bottom, bear crawl up the hill, & WW2s at the top.

We then moseyed around the Minges to the Charles Blvd side and began a light pole march all the around the front of the stadium, and down the Berkley road side of the stadium with 3 Copper Head Squats at each light pole.  Estimating 40 poles.

By PAX choice, we added a 3 rep exercise at each light pole back around which will remain unnamed because I don’t remember what it was.

We then finished with 1 Merkin at each light pole back to the flag.
