Moleskin: Kenny G brought it to our intention that we only spent half the time exercising. Technically we only did 16 minutes of KBs. EMOMs are sneaky though as you push hard for around 30/40 seconds and get 30/20 seconds of rest. They seem easy at first but that rest is key to allow for the push in the later rounds. I like EMOMs because the rest periods allow for some mumblechatter and to help PAX with form. The COT was strong today as we talked about the need for sick-patient friends. We need guys to ask us how we’re really doing and allow for us to respond with transparency. Relationships need to go deeper than the weather, sports, and news.
