5 Studs talked each other into biting of Week 3 of IronPax2020. Mumblechatter the night before included some doubts & reservations combined with some prodding & encouragement. Our 5 showed up and all 5 completed to workout! It was a timed event, and Short Stop sett up his timer & music again.

The time begins with the start of the first 400m run and ends at the conclusion of the 800m run.  (See *** below)
