Back of my truck, errbody picked up two of some type weight: bricks and dumbells were the choices. Circled up and began the LADDER o Pain: Curls, TCep xtensions, B Over Rows, Hallelujahs……….ROUND one was 10. Jackpot upped the anty in his count. Rafiki shared a peeve.

Round Two: 10 more o everything. Round three 10 more….Then, worked back down. Did not set weights down prolly like some other site this gloom. Weights used then doing ‘punch out specials on the Car concrete parking stops, while doing the Butkis. Three rounds. Set bricks downs for irkins on the concrete stop.

Brick up head toward the field for Jack Knife Webb. 1 merkins to 5 Hallelujahs, all the way to 10 – 50!!! Yeah!!

Time almost up and did with bricks WWII’s and V-Ups.
