Four runners gathered at Crasscom at Arkansas’ beckoning

For a route to be determined by Matlock’s reckoning.

He knows the neighborhood better than most as you can see,

He lived there a while back well before he joined F3.

Matlock and Arkansas took off like a train.

But they turned around often so as not to stress the laggard’s brain.

All made very good time as the weather was cool,

All runners made at least five miles and no one was a tool.

Thanks to the route conceived by Matlock,

except for the part where we were harassed by a group in Shield lock.
