Today we wanted to get in Rounds 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, and 12. These are the rounds with CMUs. So we took off for a mile, did 7 reps of each exercise every 10 yards, a total of 84 reps of each exercise. After rounds 4, 5, and 6 ran another mile. After rounds 10, 11, and 12 ran another mile while a few got 2 miles in. The exercises were rows, thrusters, Russian swings, decline merkins, flutter kicks, and bench presses.
