Jack Knife Webb: 1 to 5 ratio. 1 merkin then 5 hallelujahs with the 30′ weights. Continued this until reaching 10 merkins and Fitty (50) Hallelujahs with weights (as able and modifiable). Scotty Moe was now talking about Agnes at the gym was calling him to come over!

Alfred the Butler wanted to continue working on his ‘Crawl Bear’. He was obliged and we commenced backward bearcrawl the parking lot distance again. We Lunged back to the start for some more MSU time. Curls happened, led in variations by the PAX-lateral, frontal, tricepual (Aqua word); bent over rows (Scotty really liked these and was saddened when we stopped).

Tire Flipping (150 lb), 5 times each while we Squatted, then moved up. Another flipped. The rest squatted. Timed out after each flipped twice…………………….Where were you?!?!???
