YHC realized recently it was time to do some F3 Lexicon research and revisit some other region backlists for new workout ideas. The morning forecast was spot on and I was eager to bring the pain to the PAX. As I arrived early, I was pleasantly surprised with the arrival of an FNG I have known for some time.
