Ran a loop around the parking lot and ended up in the meadows.

The Thang:

Deconstructed Burpees x 10. (10 squats, 10 leg thrusts, 10 merkins, 10 leg thrusts) We worked our way down from 10 reps to 1.

The PAX then partnered up and conducted 10 partner assisted, elevated merkins on one side of the meadows, once completed by each partner we ran across the meadow to do the same with one less repetition. We worked our way down to zero.

We ran another loop back to the starting point and YHC led the group with 5 repetitions of partner assisted “Adrian’s”. One Pax would do American Hammers while the second partner ran to the top of the stairs and yelled “Adrian!”. They then switched places. The FNG was still hanging tough!

No Italian Stallion Q would be complete without some “Chicken Chasers”! All Pax claimed a piece of the wall and set up in the balls to the wall position. Then started the inverted mountain climbers in cadence x 10. Immediately moved to small circles to the front, and overhead claps, in cadence of course! We completed 3 Rounds. We completed the Thang with a circle of Mary before time expired.
