We got about 2.6 miles during EC trying to avoid the flooded streets.

Started with the Pledge.

Warm up: Good Morning IC 10, Cotton Pickers IC 10, SSH Burpee 5+1, 5x IC

The Thang: Run the long way around stadium to the tennis courts.  We found out size does matter when doing bear crawls.  We used the big tennis courts.  Exercise was a 4 corners, with 25 squats, 25 merkins, 25 flutter kicks and 10 Burpees at each corner IC called by Pax.  To get from corner 1 to corner 2 (the long way) we Bear Crawled, next side bear crawl and then the long way back was a crawl bear (much harder than the bear crawl).

From there we ran to the circle behind Towne Bank Tower and selected a couple of boulders (or rocks again size may play a factor): Arm raises side/middle/front 10x each, 3 merkins, rinse and repeat 3x.  Trade in rocks for larger rocks and Wide grip curls 25x, Wide tricep extensions 25x, 3 merkins, close grip curls 25x, close tricep extension 25x, 3 merkins

Run back to flag and 4 minutes of Pax led exercises; dips, box jumps, burpees, irkins in the rain.

And we all had fun.
