Warm-Up

Pledge

Get your feet pumping while we do burpees.  Everytime we get one of the items below right, we do a burpee.  When we get it wrong, we do an extra burpee.

-Leave no man behind, believe no man where you found him

 

Mosey to Mingies Meadow

 

Teams of 4-5.  Complete exercise then Mosey around the meadow together

EXERCISES IN CADENCE

75 – 4 count Merkins

100 – 4 count Flutter Kicks 

200 – Squats

250 – WWIIs

*We all came together at the end of the last loop to pray over ECU and all students.
