Warm Up:  Pledge; 15 SSH; 15 MC; 15 BK; 1 burpee for fun

 

The Thang:  Mosey to The Meadow.  Line up and bear crawl to the middle for Jack Webb’s.  Then bear crawl to the sidewalk.

Next mosey down to the bus stop in the big parking lot at the bottom of Minges.  Count off into two teams.

Round One:  Team One Indian Run’s to the top of the parking lot, does one team burpee for fun and IR back to the bottom.  Team Two lines up against the curb and each PAX leads 5 reps of merkins and 5 WWI until Team One returns (then switch)

Round Two:  Team One Indian Run’s to the top of the parking lot, does two team burpees for fun and IR back to the bottom.  Team Two uses bus stop benches and each PAX leads 5 reps of derkins and 5 dips until Team One returns (then switch)

Round Three: Team One Indian Run’s to the top of the parking lot, does three team burpees for fun and IR back to the bottom.  Team Two lines up against the curb and each PAX leads 5 erkins and 5 WWII until Team One returns (then switch)

Next mosey back to The Medow.  Line up at the curb and bear crawl to the middle for Jack Webb’s (shorter version to five with a ladder four count of WWI).  Bear crawl to the end and Cable leads 5 penalty burpees for fun for being late.  Mosey to the flag for one minute of Spinal Tap Flutter Kicks.

Fun morning in the gloom!  Appreciate Newfie asking me to Q and hope he is having an awesome vacation! Great to see Kahuna return to the gloom. There is something for every man at F3. Physical, Mental and Spiritual Health is all important.  Share the gift of F3 with someone and challenge yourself to invite a FNG or Kotter to meet you at ONE workout next week.  That’s right, its starts with ONE workout.  Ask the simple question, can you do it for a day?
